Tutorial
- Unzip the plugin, and then decompress the compressed files inside that folder.
- Put both the Energy Ball/Blast and the Dragon_Ball_Z plugins into your plugins folder.
- Go into After Effects. Create a new solid, make it Comp Size.
- Drag the “Energy Ball” preset from the Dragon Ball Z folder on to the new solid.
- Alt-Click on the Start Point, in the effects panel at the bottom of the interface drag the “Pickwhip” to the source point of the Rays.
- Do the same for the End Point.
- Alt-Click on the Blast Size. Pickwhip it to the Core Size, then type *1.830508475 after the value it has filled into the forumula box. This will keep the ratio of the Blast Size and the Core Size together.
- Animate the Source Point of the Rays and the Core Size, and you have yourself a Kahemahema effect!

Awesome effect! You do an excellent job of explaining what would otherwise look very complex. Good job!
